ClaimReady stores return deadlines, warranty dates, and proof on your Android device so you can act before a deadline. Records stay on your phone. We do not sell personal data.
What stays on your device
The app has no account and no developer-operated backend.
- Product details you enter, including name, retailer, purchase date, return deadline, warranty end, serial, price, and notes, are stored in an on-device database.
- Claim records you create, including issue date, description, and status, stay on the device.
- Photos and documents you attach are kept in the app’s private storage, with the file name and type.
- Reminder schedules are stored locally and shown through Android notifications.
Product details, retailers, serials, prices, notes, and attachments are not sent to the developer. Uninstalling the app removes this local data.
Advertising
The app may show Google AdMob banners and interstitials after you save products or export a claim packet, within daily and time limits. Where required, Google’s User Messaging Platform asks for consent before ads are requested. AdMob may process device identifiers, IP address, ad interactions, and diagnostics under Google’s Privacy Policy.
Your product records, claim text, and attachments are not sent to AdMob.
Permissions
- Notifications — deadline reminders you enable.
- Boot completed — reschedule those local reminders after restart.
- Photos and files — only when you pick an attachment.
Children
ClaimReady does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
This page will be updated before cloud backup, accounts, or other online features ship.
