Chrome extension

FormatKit formats and converts JSON, YAML, XML, TOML, CSV, and SQL in your browser. Conversion runs locally. Pasted text is not sent to Sushila Creatives. The extension has no account. We do not sell personal data.

What stays in the browser

• Settings and recent conversion history are stored with Chrome’s local extension storage on your device.
• Clipboard access is used only when you choose a clipboard action.
• Active tab and scripting are used when you run FormatKit on the current page.

The popup loads its typeface from Google Fonts. Opening the popup can send a request to Google for those font files. The text you format is not part of that request.

Advertising

FormatKit does not include an advertising or analytics SDK.

Children

FormatKit does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

This page will be updated if these data practices change.
