PingLater: Share Reminder — Privacy Policy

PingLater turns text, links, and images you share into a reminder on your Android device. The shared content stays on your phone. The app has no account and no developer-operated backend. We do not sell personal data.
What stays on your device
- Reminder type, text or link, private note, scheduled time, status, and alarm mode.
- An image you share, saved in the app’s private storage.
Shared text, URLs, images, and notes are not sent to Sushila Creatives. Uninstalling the app removes this local data.
Advertising
The app may show a Google AdMob banner on reminder history and an interstitial after completed reminders, within daily and time limits. Where required, Google’s User Messaging Platform asks for consent first. AdMob may process device identifiers, IP address, ad interactions, and diagnostics under Google’s Privacy Policy.
Reminder text, links, images, and notes are not sent to AdMob.
Permissions
- Notifications — deliver a reminder at the time you set.
- Exact alarm — schedule that reminder.
- Boot completed — restore reminders after restart.
- Share — receive text, links, and images you explicitly share into the app.
Children
PingLater does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
This page will be updated before accounts, cloud sync, or other online features ship.
