SafeShare — Privacy Policy
Last updated: 26 September 2026
SafeShare lets you redact, mark, crop, and export a screenshot or photo on your Android device before you share it. Editing runs on your phone. The app does not request internet access, has no account, and does not show ads. We do not sell personal data.
Images
- You open an image by sharing it into SafeShare or by viewing or editing an image Android sends to the app.
- Redactions, arrows, highlights, and crops are applied on the device.
- An export is written only when you save or share it. The share sheet is the system share sheet, so the destination is one you choose.
SafeShare does not upload images to a developer server. Android backup is disabled for this app. Uninstalling it removes app-local files.
Permissions
The app does not declare network, location, contacts, or microphone permissions. It receives only the image you open or share into it.
Children
SafeShare does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
This page will be updated if these data practices change.
